Obrecht Properties LLC and Obrecht-Riehl Properties Acquire Highland Garden Apartments

In early 2019, a joint venture of Obrecht Properties LLC and Obrecht-Riehl Properties acquired Highland Garden Apartments, a 43-unit multifamily community in the Lansdowne area of Baltimore County. Freddie Mac financing for this acquisition was arranged by Kevin Tehan and Brett Parker of Columbia National Real Estate Finance. The buyer and seller were represented by Bill Alborn and Jim Frack of Alborn & Associates.
